Lomura Travel – Terms and Conditions

By using Lomura Travel’s services and website (www.lomura.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Overview

Lomura Travel Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates as a hotel-only holiday provider offering luxury accommodation through a mystery booking system. Flights are not included. We offer multiple plans including VIP bookings and membership-based prize draws. These Terms apply to all bookings and users of our website.

2. Booking Process

  • All bookings are final once confirmation is issued.

  • Hotels are booked under our “Secret Hotel” model. Hotel names are revealed only after full payment and booking confirmation.

  • Hotel accommodation is provided via our trusted partners (e.g., Elevate DMC, Emaar Hospitality, etc.).

  • We only provide hotel stays. Flights, insurance, and visas are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

3. Plan Options and Refunds

We offer three main options:

a) Mystery Lite Plan

  • One-time non-refundable booking.

  • No cancellation or change is allowed.

b) Mystery Plus Plan

  • Comes with a complimentary 5-night stay in Istanbul.

  • Cancellations allowed up to 45 days before travel, with a 25% admin fee.

  • No refund within 45 days of travel.

c) Unlimited Plan

  • £10 refundable entry per draw.

  • Customers can request a full refund of their entry any time up to 60 days before their selected travel month.

  • Monthly winners receive a 6-night Dubai stay for 2.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days.

Refund guarantees only apply to eligible plans. Processing times may vary based on your payment method.

4. Lucky Draw and Fair Use

  • Each Unlimited Plan entry provides one chance to win.

  • Draws are held monthly regardless of how many participants are entered.

  • Winners are contacted by email and announced on our website and/or social media (only initials or first name for privacy).

  • Refunds for losing entries are available on request unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to disqualify entries suspected of misuse or fraud.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all provided information is accurate.

  • Ensure passport, visa, and health requirements for the UAE (and any bonus destinations) are met.

  • Purchase your own travel insurance.

6. Liability

  • Lomura Travel is not responsible for external disruptions including flight cancellations, visa rejections, or border policies.

  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from acts of God, force majeure, or events beyond our control.

7. Changes to Booking or Services

  • We may substitute your hotel with a similar or higher standard hotel if required.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan or offer with notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
